Keith Law offers fractional in-house counsel and concierge lawyer services at a number of different prices ranges which can tailored to any situation and/or client need. These services generally include some (or all) of the following: 

• initial consultations;

• on-boarding and general business assessment and review;

• review of existing legal matters and/or documents (including necessary communication and coordination with any existing and/or past counsel);

• monthly strategy session(s) and business review;

• minute book management;

• drafting of legal documents used in the ordinary course of the business;

• legal document management;

• review and necessary maintenance and updating of policies;

• on-going corporate governance and compliance guidance;

• email response to general business and legal inquiries;

• human resources assistance;

• a set number of hours per month of designated legal services (including transactional services, and litigation and project management);

• reduced rates following the completion of the set number of hours of designated legal services;
