Who we are

Colin Keith is a seasoned business lawyer and corporate executive. Colin began his legal career with a large national law firm in Toronto prior to transitioning to a global, NYSE listed entertainment technology company. In addition to providing legal services, Colin has and continues to serve in a variety of executive level roles for private and public corporations. Colin's clients benefit from this business expertise and the resulting pragmatic, real-world approach to issues that arise in their day-to-day operations. In providing a personalized legal experience, Colin takes the time to get to know his clients and their businesses and forges strong relationships that are based upon trust, open-communication, and accountability. Based out of northeastern Ontario (Timmins and Cochrane) and Toronto, Colin is trusted counsel to clients spanning a variety of industries including real estate and development, construction, private investment, and mining and exploration. 

Colin also has considerable experience advising First Nations, and First Nations economic development organizations, controlled businesses, and partnerships. 

A major part of Colin's practice involves fractional in-house counsel, or what can be called "concierge legal" services which are provided at set monthly or annual rates.
