Colin Keith is a seasoned business lawyer and corporate executive. Colin began his legal career with a large national law firm in Toronto before transitioning to a global, NYSE-listed entertainment technology company. In addition to practicing law, Colin has served — and continues to serve — in executive-level roles for private and public corporations.

Colin’s clients benefit from this deep business experience and the pragmatic, real-world perspective it brings to the issues they face day-to-day. He takes the time to genuinely understand his clients and their businesses, building relationships grounded in trust, open communication, and accountability.

Based in northeastern Ontario (Timmins and Cochrane) and Toronto, Colin acts as trusted counsel to clients across a range of industries, including real estate and development, construction, private investment, mining and exploration, and sports. He also has considerable experience advising First Nations, First Nations economic development organizations, controlled businesses, and partnerships.

Colin’s sports law practice encompasses the full range of legal needs within the sports industry, including representing agents and agencies, advising coaches, sponsorship and endorsement agreements, league and team governance, and the structuring of sports-related business ventures.
